Santhosh Kotagiri has received awards from Nizam College - The Deep Nizam Poetry and Art Fest and from the Department of Tourism, Andhra Pradesh in 2002, The National Acorn ImQ Contest in 2001, Young Envoys International by Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi in 1994, and Andhra Pradesh Art and Craft - the Best Child Artist Award in 1992.
The artist lives and works in Hyderabad.
